The Museum is the custodian of a substantial holding of archive material relating to Beechworth and the North East of Victoria. It is also the north east repository for the Public Records Office, Victoria. The Burke Museum is accredited with Museums Australia (Victoria).
Museum staff can conduct a search of the holdings on your behalf. Research fee of $35.00 per hour applies.
