Rainbow Lodge B&B Retreat is a peaceful retreat 15kms from Beechwroth offering health therapies and bed and breakfast or self contained accommodation for up to 7 guests. Children and pets are welcome by arrangement.
Health therapy treaments include relaxation massage, green clay treaments, ear candling, foot spa and massage as well as Wu Tao dance classes.
Proprietor Shahara Croke is a qualified relaxation masseuse with a diverse therapy background. Shahara is also an accredited teacher of Wu Tao - 'The Dancing Way' which has its foundations in oriental medicine and uses dance music and meditation to balance the Qi (life-force energy) in the body. Shahara teaches the five element dances, each dance expresses one element (air, water, wood, fire and earth) which governs a pair of meridians or pathways through which the Qi energy flows. For example the wood dance, relates to the season of Spring and works on liver/gall bladder meridians. These dances will have you feeling energised, de-stressed and very peaceful. There are day workshops to learn all 5 dances or join our regular Friday morning dance session, individual tuition is available.
Shahara is also a distributor of Mona Vie a scientifically formulated functional beverage combining the amazing properties of the Brazilian acai berry with 18 of the worlds phenomenal " super fruits".
